PM Salam: Hassan Rifai left a lasting mark on Lebanon

Prime Minister Nawaf Salam mourned the passing of former minister and prominent legal scholar Hassan Rifai, praising him as a figure who left a lasting mark on Lebanon through his legislative work, integrity, and uprightness.

In a statement, Salam said: “May God grant Lebanon’s great loss His mercy, welcome him into His vast paradise, and give strength to his family and to all Lebanese in their grief.”
