Israeli army issues urgent evacuation warning to South Lebanon residents, move north of Litani River: Avichay Adraee

The Israeli army issued an urgent warning to residents in southern Lebanon, urging immediate evacuation due to ongoing Hezbollah activities.

In a post on X, spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated that Hezbollah’s operations are forcing the military to act, but emphasized that civilians are not intended targets. Residents living near Hezbollah members, facilities, or military equipment were warned that their lives could be at risk.

The statement added that any home used by Hezbollah for military purposes may be subject to targeting. Civilians were instructed to evacuate immediately and move north of the Litani River to ensure their safety.
