Residents of Aalma El Chaeb leave town toward Tyre with escort from Lebanese Army and UNIFIL

Residents of the town of Aalma El Chaeb in South Lebanon began leaving their homes and heading toward the city of Tyre, accompanied by the Lebanese Army and the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

However, a number of residents have refused to leave the town, with the mayor telling LBCI that some families chose to remain in their homes despite the ongoing security situation.
