Berri’s office disputes Aoun remarks on November 2024 agreement and negotiations

The media office of Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri issued a statement rejecting remarks attributed to President Joseph Aoun during a meeting with economic bodies.

It said that, with respect to the presidency and the head of state, the statements made by Aoun were “inaccurate, if not otherwise,” particularly those related to the November 2024 agreement and the issue of negotiations.
