PM Salam extends Eid al-Adha greetings amid Lebanon’s ongoing hardships

Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam extended his greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

In a post on X, Salam said: “I extend my sincerest congratulations to the Lebanese in general, and Muslims in particular, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.”

Salam noted that the holiday comes this year as Lebanon continues to endure difficult circumstances marked by war, destruction, and tragedy.

“Yet the holiday remains an occasion to hold on to hope and confidence in our ability to achieve our goal of building a strong and just state to revive Lebanon,” he added.
