Negotiators wrap up discussions as ceasefire declaration expected in joint statement

Negotiators at the U.S. State Department have concluded their discussions, particularly those related to drafting the final statement expected to be issued following the talks, according to multiple sources, including a source within the Lebanese delegation.

The forthcoming statement is expected to include an announcement of a comprehensive ceasefire in Lebanon, the sources said.
