US State Department to hold press conference after Lebanon–Israel talks; declaration of intent may be signed

The U.S. State Department has scheduled a press conference for 4 p.m. local time (11 p.m. Lebanon time), following the conclusion of the latest round of negotiations.

The conference is expected to address the possibility of the signing of a declaration of intent between Lebanon and Israel, which would include a roadmap outlining the next steps between the two sides.
