Iran Guards vow to avenge slain intel chief

Iran's Revolutionary Guards vowed on Monday to avenge the death of their intelligence chief, Major General Majid Khademi, killed earlier in the day in an Israeli strike.

"The malicious and desperate enemy should know that a major retaliatory strike by the IRGC Intelligence Organization, under Operation 'Crushing Revenge,' awaits the planners and perpetrators of this crime," Khademi's agency said in a statement on the Guards' official site Sepah News.
