Sanctioned oil tanker crosses Strait of Hormuz despite US blockade

Shipping data from the London Stock Exchange Group showed that a U.S.-sanctioned oil tanker crossed the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, despite the American-imposed blockade on the vital waterway.

The data indicated that the tanker Rich Star is owned by a Chinese company and is crewed by Chinese personnel.
