Araghchi says no military solution exists in Hormuz, warns US and UAE against “quagmire”

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said developments in the Strait of Hormuz showed that there is no military solution to the crisis, adding that talks are making progress through Pakistani mediation.

He also warned the United States and the United Arab Emirates against being drawn into what he described as a “quagmire.”
