Ukraine says only hits military targets after Russia claims deadly strike on civilians

Kyiv only hits "military targets", an army spokesman told AFP on Friday, after Russia said a drone attack in a part of Moscow-occupied southern Ukraine killed 27 civilians.

"Ukraine's Defence Forces adhere to the norms of international humanitarian law and strike exclusively at enemy military targets," Dmytro Lykhoviy said.
