Putin says Ukraine war is 'heading to an end'

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday the war in Ukraine was "heading to an end", blasting Western countries for helping Ukraine.

"And they started ratcheting up the confrontation with Russia, which continues to this day. I think it is heading to an end, but it's still a serious matter," he responded a question on whether the Western help to Ukraine went too far.
