UK PM vows to put 'Britain at the heart of Europe'

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer vowed Monday his Labour government would rebuild ties with Europe in a key speech aimed at resetting his leadership after disastrous local elections.

"This Labour government will be defined by rebuilding our relationship with Europe, by putting Britain at the heart of Europe," he said.
