Ukraine FM says Russian strikes show Putin has 'no cards except terror'

Russian strikes on Kyiv and other cities show that President Vladimir Putin is running out of military options in his years-long invasion of Ukraine, Ukraine's foreign minister said Tuesday.

"Putin is a war criminal and loser who has no cards except terror. Moscow is losing on the battlefield. No number of missiles can change this," Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga said in a statement on social media.
