UK court upholds govt ban on pro-Palestinian group

London's Court of Appeal on Monday upheld a government ban on the Palestine Action activist group imposed under terrorism legislation, following a legal challenge.

Five judges ruled that the ban, which came into force in July 2025 making membership or support of the Palestine Action group illegal, was "not unlawful."
