Israeli army issues evacuation warning for six towns in South Lebanon

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning on X on Friday directed at residents in several towns and villages in southern Lebanon, including Nmairiyeh, Tayr Felsay, Hallousiyyeh, Hallousiyeh al-Fawqa, Toura and Maarakeh.

Adraee said the Israeli military would operate “with force” against Hezbollah, accusing the group of violating the ceasefire agreement, while claiming the army ‘’did not intend to harm civilians.’’

He called on residents to immediately evacuate their homes and move at least 1,000 meters away to open areas for their safety.
