Israel issues urgent evacuation warning to residents in south Lebanon

The Israeli military on Friday issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents in several towns and villages in southern Lebanon, including Sarafand, Tefahta, and Mazraat Sinay.

In a statement, the military said it was acting “in light of Hezbollah’s violations of the ceasefire agreement,” and warned that it would operate against the group “with force.”

The statement urged residents to leave their homes immediately and move north of the Zahrani River, saying the measure was intended to ensure civilian safety.
