Israeli army issues evacuation warning for residents of Aabbasiyyeh in South Lebanon

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an urgent warning on X on Friday directed at residents of the south Lebanon village of Aabbasiyyeh.

Adraee said the Israeli military would operate “with force” against Hezbollah, accusing the group of violating the ceasefire agreement, while claiming the army ‘’did not intend to harm civilians.’’

He called on residents to immediately evacuate their homes and move at least 1,000 meters away from the village to open areas for their safety.
