Israeli army issues evacuation warning for 13 towns in South Lebanon, urges residents to move north of Zahrani River

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee posted on X an urgent evacuation warning to residents of Selaa, Borj Qalaouiye, Jibchit, Al-Qusaibah, Froun, Ebba, Deir Kifa, Kfar Sir, Srifa, Ghandouriyeh, Nafakhiyeh, Qaaqaait al-Jisr and Adshit El Chqif.

Adraee said the warning comes in response to what he described as ceasefire violations by Hezbollah, adding that the Israeli army would act forcefully against the group while stressing that civilians are not the target.

He urged residents to immediately evacuate their homes and move north of the Zahrani River, warning that anyone near Hezbollah members, facilities or weapons would be putting their lives at risk.
