President Aoun, PM Salam meet ahead of cabinet session at Baabda

A meeting is underway between President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam at Baabda Palace, shortly before the scheduled cabinet session.

The talks come ahead of a government meeting set to discuss the Lebanese army’s plan for restricting weapons, among other pressing issues on the agenda.
