Cabinet session opens at Baabda Palace with tribute to Hassan Rifai

The cabinet session began Friday at Baabda Palace with a moment of silence in honor of Hassan Rifai, a prominent constitutional scholar.

Army Commander General Rodolph Haykal was also present at the session.
